Permit Assistance

The Agency of Natural Resources (ANR) provides no cost assistance for small businesses in Vermont. This program can be accessed by calling ACEDC to arrange for a consultation. Services are provided by Rick Oberkirche of ANR at the ACEDC offices.

The Department of Economic Development provides assistance to businesses in the permit process. Knowledgeable DED staff liaison with regulatory bodies to assure issues are articulated clearly and process is defined. This assistance can save wasting significant financial and time resources in the development of a new or expanded facility.
