Community Dialogues for Entrepreneurs: Navigating Difficult Conversations Saying No and Yes

04-26-2024 10:00 AM - 04-26-2024 11:30 AM

Guided conversation about the real experiences we have as humans running a business. Entrepreneurs and business owners are invited to participate to build community, share learning, and broaden perspective around common themes and challenges women, femmes, and thems experience in current business communication, culture, and operations.

April Topic: Navigating Difficult Conversations Saying No and Yes

We Might Discuss:

  • Strengthen trust in your body and voice to communicate and advocate for what you need

  • Discuss the importance of boundaries and the shadow side of bypassing direct communication

What to Expect
Each month, benefit from the opportunity to connect, share, learn, and support each other through a facilitated dialogue series that covers challenging themes that arise in business that are best explored sharing and learning from each other (rather than an instructor led technical course or training).

This experience is for you if:

  • You're craving real, deep conversations with other women-aligned business owners (at all stages of development)
  • You want a facilitated, safe space to discuss what's going on in your business
  • You want to learn from your peers and gain more expansive ways of thinking
  • You want a diversity of perspectives
  • You want to discuss the less-talked about & uncomfortable topics that arise

This experience is probably not for you if:

  • You are looking for expert-directed solutions to a specific technical issue (call us for business counseling instead)
  • You are looking for a more passive experience and do not want to participate in conversation
  • You want to engage in a more informal connection experience where you can have general conversations
