Spring Job Fest Exhibitor Registration Now Open

You are invited to participate in Spring Job Fest 2024!

What is Spring Job Fest 2024? A series of in-person outdoor job fair events being held in the Vermont Department of Labor's Southwest Region, which includes Bennington, Rutland & Addison Counties. There is no cost to participate in any of the events. These unconventional job fair events will feel a bit more like a farmer's market. VDOL has had good success with past events; jobseekers & employers provided positive feedback of their experience. Many reported they preferred the outdoor venue and felt as though conversations were easier.

The Middlebury Spring Job Fest will be held on Thursday, May 2nd at Middlebury Parks & Rec on Creek Road.

The VDOL booth will offer light refreshments during the event and are hoping to secure an on-site food vendor.

In an effort to provide a smoother experience at setup for exhibitors, dedicated drop-off times will be provided. More information is provided when you register to attend.

The VDOL is offering free marketing tools to help drive more jobseeker traffic to your booth at Job Fest. You can request this marketing packet when you register.

Note: Outdoor job fair events will require you bring additional materials including a popup canopy, and folding table(s) and chairs. NOTE, this event will be moved indoors to the gym in the event of inclement weather.
