Alessandra Rellini and Stefano Pinna, ACEDC members and owners of Agricola Farm and Agricola Meats (Monti Verdi Salumi), have been hard at work caring for their land and animals, processing and curing their meat, AND raising much-needed funds to purchase equipment that will enable them to expand their product offerings and production at their facility in Middlebury.

The Addison County Economic Development Corporation (ACEDC) is pleased to announce the addition of two new staff members: Project and Grant Manager Dana Hanley and Office Manager Barbara Richardson.

ACEDC awarded $35,000 for Addison County businesses through the Building Communities Grant Program for projects in Bristol and Monkton.

Lake Champlain Maritime Museum is re-opening to the public this Saturday, May 22 with free admission for all visitors. The Museum will be open seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. with all outside exhibits from May 22 to Oct. 17. Indoor galleries and exhibits will remain closed temporarily.

The Patricia A. Hannaford Career Center (HCC) is pleased to announce that Collins Aerospace, Vergennes, Vermont, has provided HCC and its maker-space, The Makery, $5,000 to support its growing high-tech manufacturing training programs.
